diversity and inclusion policy

We are fully committed to creating a diverse and welcoming environment.

We believe that theatre is a universal art form, accessible to everyone regardless of their identity, background, or ability. We strive to create an inclusive space where all can fully engage with and participate in our international programme.

Our commitment to diversity begins with recognising that it encompasses a wide range of identities, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, disability, socioeconomic background, and neurodiversity. We fully respect and celebrate this diversity in our programme.

We strive to break down barriers in the theatre industry and make ourselves accessible to artists and individuals interested in our projects. We work hard to facilitate a supportive and non-intimidating environment where all can easily connect with us and explore opportunities within the international performing arts sector.

We're proud to be part of the Unlimited Ally Scheme. Through their advice and inspiration, we've been empowered to increase opportunities and better support disabled artists.

We view the performing arts as a powerful tool for connecting individuals. Our mission is to build bridges between different communities, facilitate dialogue and foster mutual understanding on an international scale.

Let's promote a more inclusive and diverse performing arts community together.
