The International Producers' Breakfast in partnership with Edinburgh International Festival is an important annual event for international producers, programmers, and creators working at, or attending, the Edinburgh festivals.
The breakfast creates an opportunity to come together, make new connections and sow seeds of collaboration, exchange and partnership for the coming year.
Always free to attend, we strive to make this an accessible event and welcome a diverse range of international industry professionals.

Before the breakfast we ask delegates what they would like to achieve and who they would like to meet. On the morning, networking ambassadors are on hand to make introductions and ensure that everyone gets the most out of the breakfast.
Fostering connections and knowledge sharing, our ambassadors play a key role in making the International Producers Breakfast a productive and enjoyable networking experience.
Having ambassadors, each of whom offered something different, was a blessing - they hung around for the first few minutes to make it feel less like a terrible and awkward blind date! They could also speak to their own practices and experiences of working in the sector. It was very useful that each of them is embedded within the sector and already well known and connected.
