How to apply to caravan assembly 2026?

To apply, you will need to submit an application form by 10am on Wednesday 16 July. There are separate forms to apply to present a performance, and to pitch.

We are keen to know why you feel you and your work has international potential, and why you are particularly interested in the caravan assembly. The application form will include questions on:

  • Artist bio
  • Creative team
  • Show description
  • Previous international experience, if any
  • Why this is the right time for you to join the Assembly cohort
  • Any access requirements

The application form to present will also include questions on:

  • Technical information
  • Budget breakdown for one performance. If you are successful we will work with you to agree a fee for the assembly.
  • If you would be happy to pitch your performance instead.

There is a separate section in each application form where you can include links to videos of your work.

We accept written, video, audio and BSL proposals.
